Long time operator here (15+ years). The touchscreen and the ability to tune joystick response and hydraulic speed is the feature I actually used most. You can store profiles for 25 different drivers which is handy on fleet jobs, and the machine security makes it clear who is operating. Trenching was smooth, boom and stick behaved well. No changes to jack legs or wear pads which is good - simple to adjust as they wear, no surprise parts. Minor annoyance: the touch menus can be fiddly with winter gloves on, but overall the controls give you a lot of adjustability.
