The palletizer has just been disassembled and was operating in an edible oil plant at an hourly speed of about 8000 b\h with cartons of 6 and 12 bottles of different sizes and shapes.


The efficiency of the used palletizer equipment system is very good. It has been disconnected in a workmanlike manner and  has all the cables and electrical branches marked.


All the motors are in working order and the lifting chains have been checked and are in good repair.


This machine is completely automatic and comes with safety barriers: these include the sensors of the barriers of the machine to ensure that there is no intrusion.


The palletizer can work both 1000×1200 Euro pallet 800×1200 formats.


It was dismantled in very good working condition and the floor space requirement for this bottom-thrust palletizers system is 10×6 square meters. It includes the pallet wrapper with film and pallet conveyors


The electrical panel is in order and the PLC system is intact.


This equipment can be integrated with both motorized and non-motorized transport roller conveyors. Several finished pallets can be provided awaiting loading, up to 3 pallets at a time, depending on the available floor space.
