BPM-500 is a seam filler on a trailer or frame, at the request of the customer. The working material is heated by an indirect burner. Heated mastic is fed under pressure. Equipment automatically adjusts and maintains the optimum temperature. The package also includes an electric heating system of the supply hose, a mixing system (mixer), and overload protection of the bitumen pump and mixer.
Asphalt crack fill machine BPM-500 is designed for sealing cracks, cleaning and insulation of cracks, easy preparation and dosing of special sealing joints. Equipment is also suitable for finishing road edges. A specially designed sleeve fastening system significantly reduces the likelihood of its failure.
