Phases of the trainer's work.
A suction cup gripping system, powered by a Venturi unit, picks up the box from the motorized horizontal magazine and holds it during opening, which occurs using a clamping system. A pusher then positions the box toward two motorized conveyors that transport it to the flap gluing and closing area. To complete the work cycle, a pneumatic press operates inside the box to securely fasten the newly glued flaps. Operation is managed by a PLC equipped with a Siemens touchscreen, which allows for format and memory management.
