Working Principle
- Cold aggregates with different particle sizes are loaded into the corresponding cold aggregate bins.
- The aggregates are continuously fed into the drying and heating drum. Inside the drum, moisture is removed and the aggregates are heated to the required temperature.
- Bitumen is supplied continuously through the bitumen storage, heating, pumping and circulation system. The heated aggregates and bitumen are continuously mixed inside the drum to produce a uniform asphalt mixture.
- The finished asphalt mixture is continuously discharged from the plant and loaded onto transport trucks.
