I've operated the Komatsu PC30 recently, and my impressions are mostly favorable. The closed cab design is really convenient, offering protection against the elements. However, I noticed the rubber inserts on the tracks wear out relatively quickly when working on rugged terrain, a minor drawback depending on the task. Additionally, the machine's control feels familiar and intuitive, making it easier to get the hang of it if you're new to Komatsu units.

Tried out the PC45MR-5 the other day. First thing I noticed was how accessible all service points are, which makes daily checks a breeze. The engine runs quietly and powerful even at low idle, ideal for noise-sensitive areas. The seat is really comfortable, though I wish the armrests were a tad more adjustable. The visibility is fantastic, which helps maneuvering in tight spaces. It may be slightly overkill for smaller projects, but it handles demanding tasks very well.

I've operated the Komatsu PC35 recently, focusing on its functionality and handling. One thing I noticed is that the hydraulics are quite solid, providing smooth operation. However, the fuel efficiency could see improvement. It takes a bit more effort to maintain control precision during extended use, in my opinion. Overall, a pretty reliable machine for its purpose.

Used the PC78 recently, and the auxiliary hydraulics were quite effective for my attachments. Transitioning between controls was seamless due to the pattern control change valve. Yet, I noticed some wear on the cutting edges, which might require attention soon.

I'll note the super convenient transmission (hydraulics) and the comfortable operator's cabin. It performs well in operation. Among the downsides, I'll mention the expensive parts and components. It's better for the equipment not to break down because it can lead to bankruptcy.

Good equipment, reliable, convenient and of high quality. The controls are clear and intuitively understandable. It quickly adapts, even if you haven't sat in a Japanese machine before.

Overall, I can say that I am satisfied with operating this machine. Despite its age, the technical condition is normal, and with proper maintenance, I hope it will not let me down.

The bulldozer, although not new (from 1996!), manages to handle the tasks assigned. We rented it for site preparation. Visually, upon inspection, there were no leaks or rust, but this is probably more attributed to the bulldozer operator and maintenance mechanics. Overall, the equipment is reliable. It has excellent performance, does not stall, and does not have any glitches. I recommend it.

Our Komatsu is over 20 years old, it is evident that the machine is old, but its age has not affected its operating capacity. The main thing is not to be lazy and not to skimp on changing the oil and servicing it by competent mechanics. Komatsu is not the kind of case where you need to save money. Good equipment requires good care)

At the enterprise, an old bulldozer was working, bought from a construction firm. It was completely worn out, but it was cheap, everything squeaks, hydraulics leak, it's impossible to lift anything heavier, it gulps diesel. I didn't see any impressive quality.

Sold my Komatsu in 2018. After 8 years of active work, the engine remained in impeccable condition. Fluids were changed on time, regular maintenance was done on schedule. We were satisfied with the machine and quickly found a grateful buyer for it.
